Forgive - The Beginning of Healing YOU!

Did some one hurt you? Are you holding on to anger that has turned in to resentment? Has this feeling been held unto for months even years? Did you know that such feelings can result in to illnesses that puts the body, your body at dis-ease?

Any type of resentment that you have not let go of may prevent the body from functioning 100%.  According to many well known writers on emotional health and healing the body from sicknesses, such as Louise Hay, shows that one of the causes of cancer may be resentment.  Of course other things can also develop, such as heart disease, anxiety, and a variety of sickness that doesn't allow you to be all that God intended you to be.

So what can you do for yourself?  You can begin with forgiving yourself. Letting go of the hurt, anger, resentments and all other feelings around that for yourself and any other person. It certainly would not happen overnight, but it is worth the effort.  It could mean your life and healthy living for a long long time.

You deserve to be healthy wealthy and happy.  Never allow another persons behavior to discourage and hurt you so much that you begin to hurt yourself and kill yourself. Forgiveness isn't always easy because we have been taught from young to react in anger and hate when others hurt us, knowingly or unknowingly.  However always remember if we sow anger, hate, frustration and other anxieties in our hearts we will reap the fruits of those seeds.

Therefore if you desire a long healthy life and to be happy, work at forgiving all those who have hurt you and those whom you have hurt and remember to forgive yourself first so you can begin to love yourself again and heal you wounds.

BE All That You Desire to BE!

So you did something for someone with all good intentions, you did it from the depths of your heart and took time and effort with the hope that they would appreciate it, because in your mind you fully believe this is what is best for this individual.  But, wait, you noticed that after you have done the good deed, the individual through there actions shows you that they are certainly unappreciative.  In fact they are appalled by it and tells others about what you have done in a negative way that hurts more than heal.

What would you do? How would you deal with that individual?  Has that ever happened to you? Are you going to stop doing good for that individual or everyone just because of that incident?

Many times even with our best intentions, people we love misunderstand us and even if we explain ourselves, the situation may get worst or not be understood with the motive you intend.  This obviously hurts and at times stops us from being all that we desires to be.  At times incidents such as these can cause us to react negatively and resent our loved ones, resulting in even a bigger challenges even a strained relationship.

However if in your heart you have decided to have an appreciative heart, to be the best you that you can be that reflects qualities that harmonies with love (joy, peace, patients, purity, goodness, kindness, faith, mildness, self-control, mercy, believing the best of others etc.) then this situation would be a test of your devotion to be the best you that you desires to be.

Reflecting qualities of the love and maintaining an appreciative heart is not an easy thing in life because everyone are not the same.  We are all so different and have different gifts.  Also many persons perceive things done to them differently because of how they were brought up or of their beliefs, environment and many other things.  Nevertheless the proverbial sayings "You Reap What You Sow", "There is more Happiness in Giving", "Do unto Others as you Would have them done to You" are all true sayings and they always work out what is good for all in the end.

Just as what goes up must come down because of gravity and the snow and the rain come down and water and flourish the earth, so too when you do good with love as the main ingredient, even if it is not received in a positive way, continue to do good with love as the spice in your actions and personality.  In time people and that individual will begin to see that you are sincere and they will bless you instead of curse you. 

In addition you would be teaching that person to perceive what true love is and assisting them to receive that love in them thus allowing them heal their wounds and the negative beliefs, that block out the love that is given to them.  Always remember true love never fails.  It always succeeds. So never give up in doing what is fine. It will always work out for the best of all concerned.  Where there is chaos give more love, where there is misunderstanding give more love, where there is tragedy give more love, because Love Heals and Love is like a diamond that never breaks.

Never let peoples attitudes, behavior, sayings, stop you from being all that you desire to be!

Love Is the Answer!

It's another year, a new year to start again, begin a fresh and blossom as a rose.  Let this year, 2013 fill your life with love.  Love is the answer to all life struggles and challenges.  Love will bring you hope and a beautiful ending. 

Of course no one is sure as to what will transpire throughout the rest of 2013, but we all have a choice to be happy.  So chose to be happy by allowing love to flow through you, that unconditional love that begins with you.  Remember if you do not know how to love yourself how can you love another?  If you ill treat you... by the things you do and say to yourself how can you do and say great things about another?  Therefore expect nothing, judge nothing and no one and surrender yourself to unconditional love, that kind of agape love the bible talks about.  That type of God love, because God is Love.

Trust that all things will always work out for the best because miracles still happens.  Throw all the sad, negative, evil thought patterns aside and soak yourself in love because Love is the Answer and everything will always work out for you highest and best interest and affect those around you in a positive and loving way.

Whatever happens, make 2013 a year to Be Happy by using Love as your tool, because Love is the Answer!

Make Today a Fun-Day!

Laughter is good for the soul. It opens up the lungs, relaxes the body, boost the immune system, releases endorphins, protects the heart and best of all it is good spiritual food.  Laughter makes you forget all your worries and concerns thereby giving you a mind body soul rejuvenation.

So make today a fun day with laughter as your key goal.  Laugh so loud you scare people and still laugh about that.  Look for some comic book you had stacked away, pull it out and enjoy it again, or go online and search out for comics that gets you laughing or put on the television and watch "Kids Say the Darndest Things".

Raise your vibration and keep healthy and have a wonderful uplifting day.

How is Your Heart?

Are you angry? Who got you angry? ... Is your heart beat irregular? Did you know that those inconsistent heart frequencies are sent to the emotional centers in the brain, which are recognized as negative, or stressful feelings?  Yes, it is true, in fact they are the familiar feeling you experience in the heart area and in the body.  These irregular heart beats also prevents your capacity to think clearly.

Scientist has proven through their many test cases that people who consistently experience negative emotions (anger, frustration, anxiety, insecurity), has a high risk of develop heart disease. It's as though these emotions create a chain of events in body resulting in increased stress-hormone levels, blood vessels constriction, rapid   blood pressure increase, weakened immune system ... and the list goes on. These situations strains the body organs from functioning efficiently and eventually leads to serious health implications.

What can you do?  Create a positive atmosphere where you can handle any challenge. Stressful circumstances occur with us everyday, that causes us to react.  Practicing positive emotion-focused techniques will assist you to learn how to manage these stressful events and help you develop a happy heart most of the time. These techniques are taught during my coaching classes. Once used regularly these techniques assist you to reduce stress, anxiety, frustration and other negative emotions which is important in maintaining a healthy heart.

Why not make 2013 a year of taking care of your health?  Giving yourself the needed self-love and care your body is longing for. With the needed support anything is possible. Starting now, allow yourself to feel good whether good thing occur or not and establish a positive environment where you can flourish and grow bountifully.

Do You Really Listen?

Do you really take the time listen to what your body is telling you?  Or are you so busy with your work, completing the list of activities, getting that promotion ...?  Our bodies are speaking you us each day. It may be in the form of a light whisper, a gentle nudge, a feeling. Are you paying attention?

Taking the time to notice and be aware of your body signals could mean the difference been health and sickness.  It could save you hundreds of dollars in doctor bills.  So you feel a slight burn in your chest after eating whole wheat bread, what do you do? Do you ignore it or take a pill to ease the pain and go about your activities like it never existed? It only takes a few minutes to pause and check in and understand what your body is telling you.

For instance you love chocolate cake so much that you eat it whenever you could in fact you lavish any chocolate products.  To top it off you have been eating it constantly for years, but you may have never taken time to observe that every time you eat chocolate you have an extreme stomach cramp a day or two afterwards.  Now that you are eating it so regularly, you have this stomach pain everyday now and when you go to the doctor you are given a pill to ease the pain and a whole list of other symptoms accumulate.  You become stress and overwhelm by everyday stuff.  It continues little by little through a downhill spiral.

Could it be if you had taken the time out to pause and listen to your body signals it could have saved you time and unnecessary stress? Could it be if you had taken time out you would have become aware of your body messages? Telling you it has had enough, chocolate?  You are giving me too much of chocolate?  Eat something else, lay off the chocolate?

Please take the time today, to listen - even for a five minutes - to your body signals.  It could mean your life!

Add Some Gratitude to Your Life!

Let's talk about the big "S", STRESS. One of my co-workers after reading my blog yesterday, said he thought stress was the cause of illnesses. Many people are like him, labelling their illness, as related to stress.  While it is a contributing factor, it is not the core reason for your illness.

Why am I so confident it is not, you may ask.  Let's take a closer look at stress. How often do you have these symptoms related to stress?


  • Feeling depress
  • Feeling anxious
  • Feeling bored
  • Feeling angry
  • Feeling tense
  • Feeling tired
  • Feeling rushed
  • Feeling discouraged

Where do these feeling come from?  It is your body's signalling that your energy level is depleting, like the gas in your car is hitting "E" empty.  Stress related symptoms are a great self checker for you to know that your thoughts are controlling you.  Our thoughts plus our feelings equals a result.  A lot of times our thoughts are focused on negative, low energy things that create symptoms of stress feelings that deplete us.  These negative thoughts are Fear Based Beliefs, and if we continue to allow our thoughts to focus on the low energy vibrations for example "I am not good enough", "how could I be so stupid to forget my keys" and we continue like that for days we are on a sure course for our bodies becoming dis-ease. 

One way to begin to overcome negative thoughts is to practice gratitude.  Why not start today? The Meriam-Webster online dictionary define Gratitude as "a feeling of appreciation or thanks".  Make it a part of your everyday routine to be thankful, for everything, that is good and the bad.  In time you will notice how good you feel and you energy level will increase.

For our bodies to heal from any dis-ease or discomforts, from symptom related stress we must keep our energy tank on full.  We must constantly seek ways to feel good as much as possible even though we have so much activities competing for our energy. Why not make it a goal from tonight?  Why not challenge yourself to be grateful consistently for one week? Start exercising that gratitude muscle and let me know how you feel after a week.
